How to order

Booking a treatment goes as follows; You can choose one or more treatments from the selection below. You simply choose the desired treatment by clicking on it, picking the time on the calendar, fill in all the needed data and pay. You will then get a message that confirms the treatment chosen by you. It can be that the chosen time or beautician is not available. We will then be making our best efforts to book the following available time and/or plan another beautician/coach.


Our general conditions apply on every booking.


Returns and Exchanges

You can return a tool ( straighteners, curling tongs, etc.) within 14 days as long as you return the product in its original packaging. This means that both the product and its packaging must be in good shape, i.e. in original condition. If the product was alone in the outbound delivery, you’ll be refunded any possible outbound shipping costs. If the item was not alone in the outbound delivery (and you’ve kept other products), you won’t be refunded any possible outbound shipping costs. Your money will be paid into the bank or credit card account used to make the purchase within 3 days of us having received and checked your returned product.
